Engagement photos at Piha beach - Billie & Kaylen

When picking a location for your engagement photos you can’t go wrong with Piha beach! The sunsets are so beautiful and the landscapes are otherworldly. As the sun drops closer to what seems like a never ending horizon across the Tasman sea, as the salty air blows towards the beach, it creates this dreamy, hazy glow like mist when it’s mixed with the sun. This creates the perfect backdrop for my engagement photo shoots! This was also my first time meeting Billie & Kaylen and we had so much fun creating photos together! Im lucky enough to be photographing their wedding in 2023 so it was really nice to meet them and hang out before the big day! I hope theses photos do the warm, hazy sunset some justice and bring you in to this beautiful scene!
